I’m Mayank Jha and I usually spend my days trying not to break Prod.

Hey! I am Mayank and I am a software engineer and have had over 2 years of experience building products and applications that aim to automate and simplify the lives of people.

I am a seasoned Django engineer but I also have experience with React, and Node.js. I have hands-on experience with AWS and have used cloud technologies extensively during my work history. Working on the AWS infra stack on my teams has also allowed me to expand my skills in DevOps including technologies like Docker, Ansible, IaC, and Grafana.

Some highlights about me and my activities:

- Graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelors in Computer Science

- Worked as Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon in the summer of 2020.

- Awarded the monthly top performer award at Macquarie three times during my employment.

- Invited as a speaker at the PyDelhi Conference 2023 conference to talk about my experience with Django.

I am also a pianist with over 10 years of learning and playing experience. I also love to play video games and will absolutely challenge you to a game of FIFA or Call of Duty.
